Technical assistance request
A Modification and Recovery Request Form must be completed in the following cases:
- Your address has been changed
- Your e-mail address has been changed
- You forgot your password
- You inadvertently lost your signature file (.epf file)
- Your private signature key was stolen or you suspect that it was
- Your digital signature password has been disclosed
A Revocation or Suspension Request Form must be completed to revoke or suspend your digital signature.
