The Association des Biologistes du Québec Selects Notarius as its Provider of Digital Signature.

Montreal, November 18, 2020

Notarius is pleased to announce that L'Association des biologistes du Québec has selected the CertifiO digital signature solution for its members. Thanks to this partnership, ABQ members will now be able to use a digital signature that confirms their identity in order to securely sign their documents and ensures the competent and ethical practice in support of the public interest.

"We are very happy to include the Association des biologistes du Québec amongst our partners. In an ever-changing digital world, ABQ members will now be able to ensure the integrity of their digitally signed documents and quickly detect any alterations. "said Claude Charpentier, President and Chief Executive Officer of Notarius.

"We are highly satisfied by the partnership built with Notarius. The production of electronic documents has now become common practice and we, as professionals, need a way to authenticate and protect the documents we produce. The ABQ's digital signature affixed to a document certifies that the biologist applies a code of ethics, thus reflecting the values of integrity and commitment shared by ABQ members. Finally, this partnership is perfectly consistent with the professional recognition process that the association has undertaken over the past few decades." said Marie-Christine Bellemare, President of the Association des biologistes du Québec.
