AMQ promotes a digital seal!

AMQ members increasingly use new technologies in their daily work; the documents they produce need to meet high standards of reliability. Members who wish to produce legally reliable digital documents in compliance with AMQ’s requirements can now accomplish this task with CertifiO for Professionals – AMQ Digital Signature (referred to as the “digital seal”).

Digital seals are not to be confused with an electronic impression (scanned image) of a physical stamp. After extensively evaluating the digital signature market, the Association has selected Notarius Solutions to provide the AMQ Digital Seal to their members.

An Evolution Towards a Digital Practice

AMQ considers it extremely important to maintain academic, technical excellence and accountability among its members. This service is consistent with its commitment to ensuring public protection in high-performance digital work environments.

To authenticate an electronic document, it is necessary for members to not only affix a seal image, but it is also absolutely required to digitally sign the document to ensure its integrity and authenticity.

The Association hopes that by providing both an electronic seal image and a professional digital signature certificate, its members will be able to work more efficiently in high-value digital environments and contribute to their global competitiveness.
