OIQ Digital Signature: Self-Service Custom Seal Image for Subscribed Members

Notarius, a Portage CyberTech company, is proud to offer self-service access to customizable digital seal images to members with Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) digital signature subscriptions. This feature is the result of our partnership with the OIQ and was developed to optimize the digitalization of their members’ engineering practice. 

OIQ members who subscribe to the OIQ digital signature will be able to download a personalized image of their seal by logging into their Notarius account. They will also be able to choose one of the following three gender designations: INGÉNIEUR, INGÉNIEURE, and INGÉNIEUR.E. This feature will allow them to circumvent the burdensome and time-consuming process of ordering ink seals, physically applying them, and transferring them to electronic media.

How does it work? 

An engineer wishing to obtain their personalized digital seal image simply needs to log in to their account by using their OIQ digital signature, which they can do via the Notarius My Account page. Once there, they can easily download their personalized digital seal.
