Notarius Acquired by Portage CyberTech Inc.

Notarius, a provider of trusted identities and digital signature solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Portage Cybertech Inc., a Quebec-based company specializing in secure digital transactions and a member of the Converge Technology Solutions (TSX: CTS) global business community of IT and cloud solutions.

Notarius has been working for over 25 years to build a digital trust ecosystem for identities and the authenticity of electronic documents. The Chambre des Notaires du Québec (CNQ), which founded Notarius in 1996, remains a fully invested partner in the company's future to ensure a strong continuity and to promote a variety of solutions to professional associations and their members.
